The layout is based on dividing the apartment into the necessary functional zones.
The main areas include the hall, welcome zone, kitchen and living room, master bedroom, children’s room and two bathrooms.

Welcome zone
The central part of the layout — the “welcome zone” — serves as the main space connecting all other rooms in the apartment.
From this area, one can access the rest of the spaces, including both bedrooms, each of which has its own walk-in wardrobe.

Master bedroom
In the master bedroom, the visual design is defined by delicate tones, rounded forms, the absence of active contrasts and the use of natural and gentle colour palette.
Bathroom
The master bathroom follows the same delicate and natural colour palette as the bedroom, while gold accents and marble-effect porcelain stoneware enrich the interior, adding expressiveness and brightness.
Teenager's bedroom
The teenager’s bedroom is created as a more contemporary and minimalist space. Functionally the room is divided into three zones: for rest, for study and learning, and for games and hobbies.

The apartment includes a second bathroom that also accommodates a laundry area.
