Project stages
Contract
Before signing the contract, we offer an introductory meeting (or an online call) where we will answer your questions about the future project in detail. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the stages of work, timeline, budget, and your preferences regarding the functional layout and visual concept of the project.
Measurements
After signing the contract, we visit the site and take detailed measurements of the existing space.
Brief
The initial stage of the design project includes the discussion and preparation of a detailed technical brief based on the client’s requirements.
Layout
We prepare preliminary layout options and finalise the one approved by the client.
Concept
A collage-style concept illustrates the key design decisions, including materials and the overall composition of the interior. This stage is crucial for approving the main idea before developing detailed 3D visualizations.
Visualization
This stage includes the creation of photorealistic images of the future interior. We work through every detail — lighting, textures, materials, furniture, and decor — so that the visuals accurately represent the real space. At this stage, you can approve the final solution, remove any doubts, and fully feel the atmosphere of your future interior.
Full set of CAD drawings
Technical drawings is a complete package of technical materials for builders and contractors. It includes detailed plans and elevations, complex construction details, and all necessary drawings for custom-made furniture and elements.
Payment is made in three stages: 60% advance, 20% after concept approval, and 20% upon completion of all stages.

We prepare a complete project budgeting as a list of all required finishing materials, furniture and equipment, including item codes, quantities, and costs.
As part of the estimate, we develop a technical brief for contractors to calculate custom-made items — furniture, lighting, and any other bespoke solutions. This gives you a clear and transparent understanding of the project’s final cost and allows you to plan its implementation easily, without unexpected expenses.

Author’s Supervision
We make regular site visits to monitor the quality of the work and ensure that construction follows the project documentation, making adjustments when necessary. We advise the client on all arising questions, maintain ongoing communication with all contractors, and take part in the acceptance of installations on site.
The price is determined individually depending on the size and complexity of the project. Payment is available either by visit or as a monthly plan.

Procurement
As part of the procurement process, we select all required items, place orders, and oversee delivery and on-site acceptance. We visit showrooms and stores to source furniture and interior items specified in the project documentation. We coordinate deliveries in line with the construction schedule and work closely with contractors and suppliers to minimise delays and ensure smooth project execution.
We also negotiate special terms for our clients, providing access to designer discounts in showrooms and stores, which helps significantly optimise the project budget.

Textile Décor for Interiors
We provide full textile decoration services for interiors — from selecting fabrics and sewing curtains to choosing bedspreads and decorative cushions. We select materials with consideration for the project concept, lighting, and functional requirements, and we also offer exclusive solutions from our in-house workshop studio.
