The project is a reconstruction of a private house. The structure is designed as a single -storey timber log house with veranda.
Its volume is elongated and incorporates traditional architectural elements characteristic of Suzdal’s historic context — Suzdal being one of Russia’s oldest towns and part of the Golden Ring.

The design of the main facade is based on the original configuration.
The historic log-built section is emphasised with vertical pilasters that establish a rhythm and create visual cohesion across the facade. These elements preserve the character of the traditional residential house.
The newly added volumes are executed in a more simplified architectural style, reflected in the design of the new cornices and decorative details.
The dimensions and proportions of the window openings and the entrance gate have been retained. Timber is used for the window frames.
The surrounding area is landscaped, with pedestrian pathways, lawns, decorative plantings and flower beds.
The hipped roof form with its original drainage geometry is preserved.
The volumetric and spatial arrangement maintains the scale and proportions of the surrounding historical context, does not disturb the street silhouette and visually integrates into Suzdal’s traditional urban fabric.
The facades are clad in green-painted wooden siding, while the decorative elements are finished in a beige tone.
The standing-seam roof is made of metal sheets in a rusty-red surik shade, with decorative carved elements placed on the ridges and chimney tops.
