The modern flat for a man. The apartment’s central location and panoramic city views formed the basis of the planning concept. The idea was to create a spacious and light-filled area that combines the kitchen, dining and living functions. Large windows allow the city to be experienced from multiple perspectives.

Layout
The space was designed to be comfortable for both living and working from home, which shaped the overall interior concept. The clients’ main request was to create a generous shared area combining the kitchen, dining and living functions, while preserving the maximum amount of natural light, as the apartment features panoramic windows.
Central functional element
Our planning solution made it possible to create an entrance area with access to natural light, avoiding the need for a dark, non-functional corridor. The island kitchen is arranged around a services box partly clad in black stone. A structural column acts as a central element, around which a part of the kitchen is organised. Panoramic windows linking the kitchen and living room allow the city skyline to be viewed from multiple angles.
Functional zoning
The functional zoning of the apartment is based on a clear separation between the central shared space and the private areas, which include a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room, and a home office located in another part of the apartment. A classic combination of restrained colours and natural wood creates a refined and expressive interior.
Style
The style highlights the restraint and clarity of the grey tones. Contrasting decorative lighting adds accents and depth to the colour scheme, while natural wood textures used throughout the interior ensure a cohesive overall impression.
