A project for creating a new office for LLC “Lonmadi”- official distributor of JCB heavy products.

The starting point was a former car dealership with a total area of 1,200 m². The space is divided into two parts — both designated to accommodate the company’s office.

Functionally, the project is organised as an open-space area that accommodates office and a machinery showroom.
Separate rooms — including the executive office, meeting rooms, storage areas, training classrooms and other spaces required by the brief — are delineated with glass transparent partitions.

The design and colour scheme follow the brand’s corporate palette, with yellow as the primary accent.
The main decorative element in the interior is painted wall slats matching the colour of the surrounding surfaces.

The project was developed in conjunction with the renovation of the building’s exterior facade.
An important part of the work was updating the facade so that the building would visually correspond to its new function and the company’s corporate identity.

Despite its scale and functional complexity, the interior remains cohesive and uncluttered — each zone is clearly defined and supports the overall rhythm of the office.
The result is a functional and visually coherent workspace that reflects the company’s character: technological efficiency, reliability and openness to contemporary solutions.
