An apartment designed for a family with a child.
The generous floor area allows all necessary functions to be comfortably planned.
Functionally, the apartment includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry room.

Layout

This is a resale property, and the main idea of the project was to update an outdated design.
We fully preserve the existing layout.
Therefore, the main design approach focused on refreshing the overall style through new furniture, lighting and selective changes to the finishes.

Decorative elements

Additional decorative elements such as paneling and mouldings were added, creating a new interior that feels more contemporary and aligned with current design trends.

Сolour scheme

The finishes feature natural veneer in a rich tone, which offsets the beige base of the interior.
The remaining colour palette is built on the contrast between dark and light shades, adding a sense of a restrained interior with a strong architectural logic.
The composition is based on proportion and rhythm — free from excessive decoration, with an emphasis on clean lines and visual precision.
Textile detailing remains an important element of the project, allowing the interior to feel fully complete and resolved.
