Concept and layout
The central idea of the project is the combination of warm natural materials with expressive accents. Burgundy inserts in niches and furniture define the character and individuality of the interior without overwhelming it, remaining part of a balanced and harmonious palette.
Textures of wood, stone, and tactile fabrics shape the sensory experience of the space, while clean lines, concealed elements, and integrated systems reinforce the minimalist aesthetic.
Public area
The kitchen is combined with the living area and designed within the same colour palette.
The shortened splashback is finished in black marble, creating a strong horizontal line, while the kitchen fronts feature veneer and a matte brass-effect finish that produces soft reflections and subtle light play.
A mirrored panel above the upper kitchen cabinets visually adds depth to the space, while contour lighting above and below creates a sense of “weightlessness”.
Functional zoning
Vertical linear light fittings, full-height mirrors, and decorative slatted inserts emphasise the geometry of the space. The interior is further enriched by a decorative mirror panel and colour accents. Spot lighting and contour illumination create an intimate, soft atmosphere, visually building depth and highlighting the architectural character of the entrance area

Veneered panels are used to add plasticity and relief to the interior. Porcelain stoneware acts not only as a strong visual accent but also as a highly functional and durable flooring solution.

Private area
The bedroom combines a variety of textures: bouclé fabric, veneered wall panels, textile wallpaper with a wool-like texture, mirrored surfaces, and expressive porcelain stoneware. A muted, uniform veneer tone together with beige walls brings this diverse mix of materials together, creating a calm and cohesive atmosphere.
The master block is carefully planned to include an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe adjoining the bedroom. Access to the bathroom is through a glass portal, tinted with a white gradient to maintain privacy. This solution lightens the visual perception of the structure, making it feel airy and refined while preserving the required level of intimacy.
The study is a functional and stylish workspace, designed in the same restrained manner: a light base, well-considered compositional lines, and minimalist solutions. The desk with a marble top and a glass support featuring a gradient finish serves as the main accent element of the room.
Built-in storage systems maintain a clean and organised appearance, ensuring the workspace feels professional and composed while remaining an integral part of the apartment’s overall design.
