Concept and layout
The interior concept is based on a simple and clear layout, centred around a shared kitchen and living area.
The two private rooms — the bedroom and the study — are separated from the main space.
The bedroom is designed as a master suite with a dedicated en-suite bathroom.
Public area: kitchen
The niche kitchen is designed in a calm, warm palette, bringing together a variety of textures: matte metal, natural veneer and marble.
To create visual depth, a mirrored wall panel is used above the upper cabinets.
Entrance hall
In the corridor, a generous use of natural wood is employed in the finishes.
The compact space is functionally oranized by built-in wardrobes with integrated lighting, creating a functional and convenient storage solution.
Mirrored wardrobe fronts visually expand the space and enhance the sense of depth, while minimalist details create a calm and stylistically coherent atmosphere.
Private zone
The private zone accommodates two rooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a study, which can be converted into a second bedroom if required.
The bedroom interior features more complex details, creating a rich composition — an accent chandelier, a layered upholstered headboard, indirect wall lighting and fluted wardrobe fronts.
The master bathroom is designed in a light colour palette. All forms are based on clean geometry, bringing the expressive textures and materials used in the finishes to the forefront — including marble and brass accents.
The contrast of textures — smooth stone, tinted glass and matte surfaces — sets the overall mood of the space.
The study combines the comfort of a guest room with the discipline of a working space.
Functionally, the room is furnished with a minimal amount of furniture, allowing its purpose to be adapted when needed.
