Hystorical prototype
The historical and cultural context was carefully considered while selecting the finishing materials and shaping the building’s volume. The historical character is fully preserved as the appearance and proportions of the main facade remain unchanged.
A modern accent
Two-storey building with an additional third-floor extension and a terrace that serves as a contemporary accent.
Light limestone — a material characteristic of traditional Russian white-stone architecture — was chosen for this new level.
The volume acts as a contrasting crowning element and is designed using modernist architectural techniques.
